EAGLES in a storm

Did you know that an eagle knows
when a storm is approaching long before it breaks?
The eagle will fly to some high spot
and wait for the winds to come.
When the storm hits, it sets its wings
so that the wind will pick it up and lift it above the storm.
While the storm rages below, the eagle is soaring above it.
The eagle does not escape the storm.
It simply uses the storm to lift it higher.
It rises on the winds that bring the storm.
When the storms of life come upon us-
and all of us will experience them.
We can rise above them by setting
our heart and mind on things above.
He is the author and finisher of our Faith.
A place of safety.
He will never leave or forsake us
He is touched with the feeling of our infirmities.
We can soar above the storm that brings tragedy,
sickness, or other disappointments in our lives.
On His wings of Grace and Love we can learn to soar.
His Love is deeper than any storm we can ever face.
And by His grace we can soar as the eagle.
PRAYER
Lord of heaven and Earth I give you Honor and Praise. In my time of need help me to learn to lift my eyes unto the hills where my help comes from and learn to soar as the eagle in the midst of the storms of life.
In Jesus Name..Amen!!
"Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength, they will soar on wings like eagles." Isaiah 40:31

Quote for the Day

'SORROW looks back, WORRY looks around, and FAITH looks UP... "Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain'

So let this be the day you dance and Look up unto the hills where your help comes from.
